RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
IN STORE PURCHASES
All full priced, unworn items returned within 7 days of purchase with original tags can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds will be issued for in store purchases. All discounted items, jewelry, socks, and candles are FINAL SALE. No store credit or refund will be issued.
EXCHANGES
Any item can be exchanged for a different size of the same item within 7 days of purchasing the item in store. The size being returned must be unworn with original tags attached for an exchange to be accepted. We cannot guarantee that the size needed will be in stock. You can call, stop in store, or check online to see if we have the size you need.
STORE CREDIT PURCHASES
Any items that are purchased in-store or online with store credit from a previous return are final sale.
FINAL SALE
ONLINE AND IN-STORE
All items that are marked down and/or used in combination with any discount code greater than 10% OFF are considered final sale. All gift cards, jewelry, socks, fragrances, lotions, books, trunkshow items, and candles are considered final sale.
No refunds or store credits will be given on final sale items.
ONLINE PURCHASES
REFUNDS
Any item that is purchased at full retail price or with our welcome discount code is eligible for a refund following the guidelines below:
- Item is returned back to Idlewild within 7 days — a refund will be issued for the eligible item minus the refund shipping amount. Idlewild will provide the return label.
- Item is returned back to Idlewild between 8-10 days — a 15% restock fee and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Idlewild will provide the return label.
- After 10 days — the item is no longer eligible for a refund and is considered final sale. If the item is not shipped back to us within 10 days, you will not receive a refund. Do not ship back if you have had the item for 10+ days.
EXCHANGES

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Idlewild will provide the return shipping label, but the return shipping cost is at the responsibility of the customer. If a return is eligible for a refund, the return shipping total will be deducted from the refund.
