This French-sleeved top offers a comfortable fit that conforms to the body. Made from thin jersey material with excellent stretch and recovery, and designed to feel like a second skin, it features a printed print inspired by the sculptural silhouette created when fabric is lifted on the beach and caught fluttering in the sea breeze. 

Made in Japan.

All clothing should be handled as carefully as possible to increase longevity, so please refer to the garments instructions if there are no specific care instructions listed below.

DO NOT DRY CLEAN, steam, iron, tumble dry, or use fabric softener. To wash, put the garment into a laundry bag and wash on gentle or hand wash mode. Idlewild stylists prefer to wash by hand with cool water. Do not tumble dry. Flat dry in the shade.

Legendary Japanese designer Issey Miyake debuted his eponymous womenswear label in 1971, charting a half century of work in fashion design. An industry pioneer, Miyake’s clothing blends traditional Japanese techniques with forward-thinking technology. The brand is famous for their pleating technique which led to the debut of Pleats Please in 1993. Much of Miyake’s work is informed by an architectural approach to design, seen in sculptural silhouettes and clothing with purpose. Vibrant colors, advanced pattern making, and a devotion to curiosity are hallmarks of this fashion house now led by Satoshi Kondo.
